Stem Cell Local Injection
This regenerative therapy uses stem cells taken from your fat tissue, which are then cultured and injected into the areas needing treatment.
It uses the self-repair ability of stem cells to activate skin cells, reducing wrinkles and sagging.
Combining this treatment with liposuction or fat grafting can produce more natural and improved cosmetic results.
* Actual treatment examples are available during your consultation. Feel free to ask about them.
Approaching the Skin Cells Themselves
Along with collagen fibers generated by stem cells, activating skin cells helps increase the production of collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid, and more, aiming to enhance skin firmness and elasticity. Furthermore, bioactive substances secreted by stem cells, such as exosomes and growth factors, promote the activation of various skin cells, helping to enhance the skin's natural repair processes. Unlike temporary enhancement with artificial fillers, this core treatment method works directly on the skin cells, guiding you toward a more natural beauty.
Combination Treatment Strategy
Our clinic offers comprehensive anti-aging treatments that combine adipose-derived stem cells with fat grafting and stem cell culture supernatant. Adipose-derived stem cells can be cryopreserved for decades, making them valuable for planned anti-aging treatments. Although fat cells are unsuitable for cryopreservation, injecting them immediately after collection can enhance volume for deep wrinkles and hollows. Our clinic employs internationally certified instructors and specialists in laser-assisted liposuction (LipoLife®), enabling fat grafting (Micro fat) with high survival rates and minimal damage to fat cells. Nano fat, further refined by laser action and containing a higher concentration of stem cells, not only treats wrinkles and sagging but also enhances skin texture, addressing issues like dark spots, dullness, and dryness. Furthermore, combining this with stem cell culture supernatant allows for continuous, cost-effective maintenance. We suggest a natural, all-encompassing approach to beauty by combining liposuction of targeted areas with various injection treatments. * Combination treatments have separate fees for each procedure.

Using the 3D Skin Analysis System
Our clinic uses the "Eve-V" skin diagnostic system to assess wrinkles and sagging. Eve-V evaluates skin conditions from multiple perspectives, enabling you to view 3D images and various score results anytime on your smartphone or tablet. This allows for an objective evaluation of the treatment effects of localized stem cell injections and helps determine the best timing for treatment, resulting in more effective anti-aging care.

Customized Treatment Plans
For example, if you want partial treatment for areas like the outer corners of the eyes or cheeks, dividing and using cells obtained through cultivation makes the procedure more economical and efficient. Conversely, for extensive treatments covering the entire face and neck, we can adjust the appropriate cell count in consultation with your physician to develop a program tailored to your needs. Additionally, we can integrate localized skin rejuvenation with systemic maintenance via intravenous therapy. As a specialized regenerative medicine clinic, we provide a range of application treatments that are unique to us. * Combining IV therapy with localized treatments requires prior registration before treatment.
A Reassuring Treatment Process
First, a physician performs a comprehensive consultation. Online consultations are also offered for patients traveling from overseas or distant areas. Certified liposuction physicians perform fat harvesting to minimize cell damage during tissue collection. After confirming a pain-free environment under local anesthesia, approximately 10ml of fat tissue is collected in a 20-minute procedure. Patients traveling from afar can stay at a hotel, enabling them to receive treatment with peace of mind. The initial treatment requires a 6-week preparation period for cell culture. Subsequent treatments can be scheduled with at least 3 weeks' notice to ensure complete culture preparation. The local injection procedure is performed using a mesotherapy-style injection after applying an anesthetic cream. The injection takes approximately 20 minutes. Gentle facial cleansing is allowed on the day of treatment. Makeup can be used starting the next day.
Treatment Process

Harvesting Abdominal Fat
A small amount of fat tissue is obtained from the subcutaneous fat of the abdomen. A specialist physician harvests it via liposuction through a tiny incision in the abdomen, leaving virtually no visible scar.
Approximately 10 ml of fat tissue can provide enough stem cells for 11 rounds of culture.

Cultivating Stem Cells
In a Cell Processing Facility (CPF), adipose-derived stem cells are isolated and cultured under strict controls. The culture period needed to obtain the required cell count for initial treatment is about 6 weeks. The stem cells are cryopreserved. Stem cells stored in divided portions can be used without any preparation time. If new cultures are needed, stem cells for subsequent treatments can be prepared within a 3-week culture period.

Local Injection of Stem Cells
Adipose-derived stem cells are injected into the skin using the HydraFacial® process. The procedure follows protocols that comply with the Regenerative Medicine Service Plan.

Treatment Frequency and Suggested Number of Sessions
You can receive treatment at your preferred frequency. We suggest treatments for regular local stem cell injections roughly every 3 to 6 months. However, combining these with treatments like facials using stem cell culture supernatant can help maintain the results.
Typically, you can see results after the second or third session. However, for anti-aging treatment, we recommend ongoing care.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
How long does it take before the first treatment?
From fat harvesting to the first treatment, it takes 6 weeks for cell culture and 3 weeks to prepare subsequent treatments after cryopreservation.
-
Are there any side effects or risks?
Possible side effects reported during fat harvesting include bruising, swelling, postoperative infection, and scarring. Local injections may cause pain, bruising, or swelling at the injection site, but these usually resolve within a few days. While we follow strict safety protocols, please consult your physician if you have any concerns.
